Logo Reveal Maker: Turn Your Logo Into an Animated Intro With One Prompt

Watch enough YouTube and you'll see the same few seconds at the end of countless videos: a logo snaps into place, holds for a beat, and the video ends. It works because it's short and it's always the same. After a dozen videos, viewers know the brand without reading it.

Making one has always been the awkward part. Logo reveal templates for After Effects mean an afternoon of keyframes. Template sites give you the same twenty animations everyone else uses. And AI video generators "reimagine" your logo, so the letters come out soft, warped or simply wrong.

Animax now does it differently. Upload your logo, say what kind of reveal you want, and Animax animates your actual logo file into an intro, an end card, a transition for the middle of your video or a small sting in the corner. Below are five examples made from our own logo, each dropped into a real video, together with the prompts we used.

What Is Animax?

Animax is an AI-powered video studio that runs in your browser. You describe what you want in plain language, and Animax builds animated scenes for you: text, images, charts, device mockups, voiceover and background music, all laid out on a timeline.

Most AI video generators hand you a finished clip that can't be changed. Animax doesn't. Everything stays editable, so changing a colour, a tagline or the timing takes a chat message instead of starting again.

New: Animate Your Own Logo in Plain Language

Attach your logo in the Animax chat (or, in the desktop editor, right-click it on the canvas and choose Animate logo) and describe the reveal. Animax designs the animation around your logo and places it on your timeline.

Here's what that means in practice:

  • Your logo stays your logo. Animax shows your file exactly as it is. It never redraws, "reimagines" or regenerates it, so every letter and curve stays exactly as you designed it.
  • Any style from a sentence. There's no template picker. Ask for "clean and premium", "glitchy and energetic" or "a white circle that opens from the centre" and you get that. Behind the scenes, every reveal starts from a set of hand-made animations, so even quick prompts look polished.
  • It matches your brand. Animax looks at your logo and builds the background, accents and glow from its colours. A one-colour logo can switch between black and white to suit the background, just like a brand's knockout version.
  • Made for real videos. Use it as an intro, an end card, a transition between two shots, or a small sting in the corner while your video keeps playing. It starts at the playhead and lasts as long as the reveal, about four seconds by default.
  • PNG or SVG. Use a PNG with a transparent background or an SVG. An SVG stays perfectly crisp at any size, even in 4K.
  • Edit it by asking. "Make it slower", "use a white background", "add our website under the logo". Every change is a chat message.
  • Reuse it everywhere. Save the finished reveal to your library and insert it into any project, so every video ends the same way.

Five Logo Reveals, Five Prompts

We used the Animax logo for every example and placed each reveal into the same real video: an 8-second coffee ad we made in Animax. Every reveal came from one prompt with the default AI model, GPT-6 Luna, at about 2 credits each. Four of the five were right on the first try. For the iris end card we reworded the prompt once, to say it should open over the last shot of the video.

1. Clean shine intro

For channel intros, product launches and anywhere a calm, premium open fits. The logo comes into focus, a light sweeps across it once, and the tagline follows. Then the video starts.

Create a 4-second logo reveal with my logo: clean and premium on a dark background. The logo comes into focus, a light sweeps across it, and the tagline 'Videos from a single prompt' fades in below.

2. Glitch slices for a tech or gaming channel

Fast and loud. Bands of the logo shoot in from both sides, snap together with a colour-split glitch, and a flash line runs across the frame.

Create a 4-second logo intro with my logo for a tech channel: glitchy and energetic, with slices of the logo snapping together on a black background.

3. A transition in the middle of your video

This is the one we use most. Slanted layers in the brand colour sweep up over the footage, the logo wipes in, and the layers peel away to hand the video back. It's a natural break between two scenes, and a reminder of who made the video.

Use my logo as a transition in the middle of my video: green layers sweep up over the footage, the logo wipes in, then the layers peel away to reveal the video again.

4. A corner sting over your footage

The lightest touch. The video keeps playing while a line draws in at the bottom right, the logo rises from behind it, holds, and leaves. Good for tutorials, reviews and any video where you don't want to stop the action.

Add a small logo sting in the bottom-right corner over my footage: a green line draws in and the logo rises out from behind it, then both leave.

5. An iris end card

A classic way to close. A white circle opens from the middle of the last shot, the logo pops in with rings around it, and the circle closes back on it. We used the dark-text version of our logo here, since it sits on white.

End my video with my logo over the last shot: a white circle opens from the centre of the footage, the logo pops in with green rings around it, then the circle closes on it.

Bonus: our own "Made with" bumper

This is the bumper we now put in our own videos. It's an HTML visual like the five above, refined over a few rounds of prompts: the three plates of our logo unfold into place, then MADE WITH ANIMAX.AI appears between two layer wipes. We saved it to our library, so adding it to a new video takes two clicks.

How to Make a Logo Reveal in Animax

1. Upload your logo

A PNG with a transparent background or an SVG works best. If your logo has a light version and a dark version, upload the one that suits the background you have in mind: a white logo for dark backgrounds, a dark logo for light ones.

2. Ask for a logo reveal

Add your logo to the canvas, right-click it and choose Animate logo. The chat opens with your logo attached and the request started for you. You can also attach the logo in the chat yourself and type your request, which is how it works on your phone too.

3. Describe the style, or pick one

Say what you want in your own words, or let Animax ask. With the Clarify toggle on, it offers five starting styles: Clean shine, Glitch slices, Layers transition, Iris pop and Corner sting.

4. Place it on your timeline

The reveal lands at the playhead, so move the playhead first: to the start for an intro, between two shots for a transition, or to the end for an end card. It takes about a minute to design.

5. Refine, save and reuse

Ask for changes in plain language, then right-click the reveal and choose Save to library. From then on you can drop the same reveal into any project.

The Five Styles at a Glance

Style Best for Where it goes
Clean shine Premium brands, product launches, calm channel intros Start or end of a video
Glitch slices Tech, gaming and energetic channels Start of a video
Layers transition Breaking a video into chapters while keeping your brand visible Between two shots
Corner sting Tutorials, reviews, streams: anywhere you don't want to stop the action Over your footage
Iris pop A playful, classic sign-off End of a video

These are starting points, not the limit. Describe any other style and Animax will build it.

Tips for a Great Logo Reveal

  • Keep it short. Three to four seconds is plenty. In the middle of a video, shorter is better.
  • Use a clean file. A transparent PNG or an SVG with outlined text gives the sharpest result.
  • Pick the right version for the background. Light logos on dark backgrounds, dark logos on light ones.
  • Say where it goes. "An intro", "a transition in the middle of my video", "over the last shot" and "in the corner over my footage" each give a different kind of reveal.
  • Write the tagline exactly. If you want your website or slogan under the logo, put the exact words in quotes.
  • Use the same reveal every time. Recognition comes from repetition. Save your reveal to the library and use it in every video.

Why Not Just Use an AI Video Generator?

AI video models can make impressive, cinematic logo shots: chrome, smoke, particles. But they generate every frame from scratch, which means they redraw your logo. Thin letters soften, spacing shifts, and small text often comes out wrong. They also take minutes to generate, cost much more, and can't be adjusted afterwards.

Animax's logo reveals take a different approach. Your logo file is placed into an animation as it is, so it can't be distorted. A reveal costs about 2 credits instead of the 30 or more an 8-second AI clip costs, it's ready in under a minute, and you can change any detail by asking. If you do want a cinematic AI shot of your logo, Animax can generate that too. Just ask for an AI video.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which logo files can I use?

PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF and SVG, up to 10 MB. A transparent PNG or an SVG gives the best result.

Will Animax change my logo?

No. Your logo appears exactly as it is in your file. The one exception: a one-colour logo may be shown in white on a dark background, or in black on a light one, the way brands use a knockout version. If you'd rather it didn't, just say so.

How long is a logo reveal?

About four seconds by default. Ask for any length you like, such as "a 2-second sting" or "a 6-second intro".

Can I put it in the middle of a video?

Yes. Ask for a transition, and the reveal covers your footage, shows the logo and hands the video back. Or ask for a corner sting, and it plays on top of your video without stopping it.

Does it work for vertical videos?

Yes. Animax designs the reveal for your project's format, whether that's 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, or 1:1 for square posts.

Does the reveal have sound?

No, the reveal itself is silent. Add a sound effect or background music in the same project if you want one.

Can I edit it afterwards?

Yes. Ask for changes in the chat, from colours and timing to the tagline. If you like working with code, you can also fine-tune the reveal in its panel.

Can I reuse my logo reveal in other videos?

Yes. Right-click it, choose Save to library, and insert it into any project.

What does it cost?

About 2 credits with GPT-6 Luna, the default model, or about 6 credits with GPT-6 Sol, which tends to produce bolder designs. Uploading your logo is free.

Put Your Logo in Every Video

A logo reveal isn't decoration. It's the few seconds that turn a good video into one people remember you for. With Animax, it takes one sentence, keeps your logo exactly as you designed it, and is ready to drop into every video you make.

Try it in Animax: upload your logo and ask for a logo reveal.
